Free Printable Easter Bunny Ears Headband for Kids

Looking for a fun Easter craft for kids?  These Free Printable Easter Bunny Ears are perfect!

Kids of all ages will enjoy creating their own bunny ears.  All you need is the free printable template and a few simple craft supplies!

This fun Easter activity is perfect for classrooms, daycares, Easter gatherings, and more!

Supplies needed for Bunny Headband

For these cute bunny ears you will need the following craft supplies:

– Free printable Bunny Ears template (find it after the tutorial)

– White Cardstock paper

– Crayons – we love Crayola brand

– Scissors – blunt tip Fiskars are great for young children.

– Stapler

How to Make an Easter Bunny Headband

First, print out the Bunny Ear Templates on white card stock paper.  Using card stock will help the bunny ears stand up and keep their shape.  It will also make the headbands more durable.  

There’s both a boho flower headband and a plain headband.  Boys may prefer the plain headband versus the flowered one.  

Provide your child with crayons to color the headband.

We made a white bunny, so we left the outer ears white and colored the inside of the bunny ears pink.   Then, we colored the flowers with bright colors.  

If your child choses the plain headband without flowers, they may wish to color it or make a detailed pattern on it.  

Once your child has finished coloring, it’s time to cut!  

With child safe scissors, have your child cut out the bunny ears and headband pieces.

Attach the bunny ears to the front piece of the headband with a stapler.  Then add the paper strip pieces to each end.  

Curve the headband around your child’s head to fit your child’s head. Then staple into place and cut off any unneeded length.

And….that’s it!  An easy Easter Bunny Hat!
