The Best Jalapeño Cheese Dip Recipe (Gluten Free!)
Melty cream cheese is combined with a kick of fresh jalapeño pepper to create an incredible hot cheese dip that the whole family will enjoy!

- 1 large fresh jalapeño pepper
- 1 package of cream cheese
- 1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter
First, carefully dice your jalapeño pepper finely. (Wear gloves if you have them!)
In an oven safe dish, add your cream cheese, 1/4 cup cottage cheese, 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well.
Sprinkle the mixture with 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder and 1/4 teaspoon of salt and stir to combine.
Next, add your fresh jalapeño pepper and stir to combine.
Last, top the jalapeño cream cheese mixture with 2 tablespoons of butter.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until hot, melted, and lightly browned on the edges. Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
