Mustard Sauce

A sweet glaze that is great for saucing ribs at the end of a smoke.

Ingredients
  

  • 2/3 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp cider vinegar yes, one more tbsp
  • 2 tbsp molasses
  • 1 tbsp dry mustard

Instructions
 

  • Whisk all ingredients together in a medium saucepan and simmer 3-4 minutes until thickens a bit. Cool to warm before using.
