Once you have your supplies, it’s time to make these simple ghost crafts!

How to make a Cotton Ball Ghost Craft

First, print out your free ghost outline.  You might like to print it on cardstock to make it more durable (especially if you plan to hang these from the ceiling!)

Next, show your child how to add a little bit of glue and then place cotton balls on top of the glue.

I had my kids pull bits of cotton off of the cotton balls to glue to the page.

This saves on the number of cotton balls you’ll use, and it also looks great!

Younger kids might need assistance with this.

You’ll keep adding a little bit of glue, along with little bits of cotton ball until you’ve covered the entire ghost.

For the face, you can choose to do one of the following:

– Go around it with the cotton and leave it as is.

– Or, you can cover the entire ghost with cotton and then add bits of black construction paper to make a face or even add googly eyes.

Older kids might really enjoy creating their own ghost face with black paper while little kids might find it easier to just use the face as it.

And that’s it!  A super easy craft for Halloween!

You might like to cut out the little ghosts to display them in your classroom or home.  If you make it sturdy with white cardstock on the back – it can hang nicely from the ceiling!
